Bright, comfy room with my very own bathroom with a real japanese bath, everything was good.

This hotel has friendly and respectful staff, and the cleanliness is impressive, plus our family room was spacious with a huge shower and a fridge.

the room is absolutely great with a separate bathroom and super large, as example. the location is central. the breakfast is great, appreciated its service.

The rooms are wonderful and beautiful with really good futon and super large plus bathroom. It's close to a train station, we could easily travel around...

There's bad smell in some areas.

I loved the room, it was cheap and big size with a fridge, really good futon, TV. Having a bidet, towels and slippers was a bonus. The location was particularly good, walk from a railroad station. There was a great restaurant, a shopping area and a supermarket next door.

I had a wonderful stay at Nogami Honkan! the staff were incredibly patient and helpful, which made my experience even better. the cleanliness of the place really stood out to me. I absolutely loved the single room with a private toilet; it was so comfortable that I wouldn’t have minded spending all day there. Plus, the hotel’s charming ambiance and prime location near Beppu train station added to its appeal.

The room was cheap and huge. the place itself was excellent. - Loved the central heating, flat-screen TV, and fridge in the room. - the staff were constantly excellent and affable. - the vibe here was family-friendly. - This location was good and absolutely perfect, not far from Tokiwa Beppu.

The location in a great area was marvelous and simple. There were stores and a supermarket nearby. - There was a bus stop within walking distance to the hotel.

Everything was perfect, had a really great stay in this lovely onsen town. the staff were enthusiastic and welcoming in case of questions. - the bathroom was good, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable.

This place is conveniently located near shopping areas and a fantastic Japanese restaurant in the central part of town.

The restaurant here is fantastic with delicious food, and the staff are friendly, making it easy to reach from a nearby bus stop - I would definitely come back for a wonderful experience.
